Once upon a time, the world was full of color. Every person had their own unique color that made them special. But as life got busier, people forgot how to imagine, play, and celebrate what made them different. Little by little, the colors seemed to fade... not because they disappeared, but because the world simply forgot to notice them.

In IMAGINE, our young aerial artists take you on a joyful journey as the colors begin coming back to life. Each student was invited to answer journal prompts that sparked their creativity, choose a color that felt meaningful to them, along with the song, apparatus, and moves they wanted to perform. They were also given creative exercises that supported them in finding their own unique style of performing! From those individual choices and creative sparks, the story of IMAGINE was created... a celebration of many different personalities, talents, and styles coming together to bring color back to the world.

Behind every performance is a journey of courage and growth. Each student has worked hard, practiced every week with dedication, and overcame some very real  fears within themselves and aerial to achieve what you will see on stage in this production. Through this process, they discovered their own individual “color”, the qualities that make them unique, and now they share that discovery with you through movement, creativity, and expression. In their own way, each performer hopes to inspire the audience to live in color... to be themselves, express what makes them different, and share their light with the world.

We also hope that the younger members of our audience feel inspired to dream a little bigger, take flight, and try aerial for themselves. Every aerialist you see in this show began with a first class, a first climb, and the courage to try something new.

IMAGINE is a family-friendly celebration of creativity, teamwork, perseverance, and individuality. Join us for a heartwarming evening as our performers take flight, share the choices that make them unique, and remind us that the world shines brightest when every color is seen.
